Dr Kenneth Collins was born in Glasgow where he works as a general practitioner. He is chairman of the Scottish Jewish Archives Centre and Research Associate at the Centre for Medical History at the University of Glasgow. He has written extensively on issues related to Jews and medical history in Scotland.
