Hugh McBrien

Hugh McBrien directed and managed a series of excavations in the city centre from 1980 until 1990. He is now a Local Authority archaeologist with the West of Scotland Archaeology Service. His current work deals with archaeology in the planning system, specifying where excavation is required before development takes place.
