River Clyde

An aerial view of the River Clyde in the 1990s. In the foregound on the left are the Meadowside Granaries, now demolished. On the right is the former Fairfield Shipyard acquired by Kvaerner in 1988 and subsequently sold to BAE Systems. Govan's Elder Park is visible behind the yard, on the far right of the photograph.
