Reform Banner

A 19th century silk banner calling for political reform.

There is a representation of the Union Jack set in the upper left corner of the banner, and a crown at the centre. Above the crown is the slogan "Financial Reform" while below it reads "Vote by Ballot", "Free Trade" and "Extension of the Franchise".
