The bill for the summer season show at the Metropole, 1959, Tangle o' the Isles
Jack Short was famous as one half of the comedy double act Ma and Pa Logan; the other half was his wife May. Their children included Jimmy Logan and the singer Annie Ross. The family had a long association with the Metropole Theatre.
The show's title is taken from a line in the popular song The Road to the Isles.
