Barber's Shop

W Rountree's Barber's Shop at 56 Queen Street in Govan, September, 1924. The owner William Rountree, his son Alec (the extravagantly-coiffured fellow on the left) and two customers in flat caps (or "bunnets") are standing in the doorway. There is a poster for the Lyceum Cinema in the window, advertising the film You Can't Fool your Wife.

Queen Street was renamed Neptune Street in 1930.
