Davidson Building

Exterior of the University of Glasgow's Davidson building, with the Kelvin Hall in the background, 1963.

The Davidson Building is situated to the east of the West Medical Building on the Gilmorehill campus. It was built in 1963, and designed by the architects, Keppie, Henderson & Partners. Originally it housed the Biochemistry department, but in 1994 it became home to the Biochemistry and Molecular Biology Division of the Institute of Biomedical and Life Sciences.
